Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Flat‑Rate Shipping: $14.95 Australia‑wide (Monday–Friday).
  • Express Shipping: $17.95 – dispatches same business day if ordered before 2 pm AEST (next business day if after 4 pm).
  • Same‑Day Delivery (Melbourne Metro only): $19.95 when ordered by 10 am AET (Monday–Friday).

    All orders ship via StarTrack nationwide, with local couriers in Melbourne Metro. You’ll receive tracking details once your basket leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Estimatess

  • Standard Delivery: Leaves warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Leaves warehouse same day if ordered by 4 pm AEST.
  • Rural Addresses: May incur an extra 1–2 days.
  • Special‑Order Items: Allow up to 2 additional business days for preparation.

Please Note: All delivery dates are estimates provided by our couriers. While we strive to meet your preferred date, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.

Early or Late Arrivals

Unexpected early or delayed deliveries can occur. We do not offer refunds or compensation for arrivals within four business days of the chosen date. Other claims will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.

Redirection & Authority to Leave

  • Address Changes: Redirecting your order incurs $19.95 (or $9.95 in Melbourne Metro). Expect a 24–48 hour delay.

Contactless Delivery: If no one is home, couriers may leave your basket in a safe spot and provide proof of delivery. If it’s unsafe, it may go to your local post office. A re‑delivery fee may apply.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

  • Cancellation: Contact us within 1 hour of ordering to avoid major fees.
    • Before dispatch: $5.00 cancellation fee (plus any personalization costs).
    • After dispatch: $19.95 return fee if successfully recalled.
    • After delivery: Return at your expense; refund upon receipt and inspection.
  • Amendments: Contact us within 1 hour of ordering. Personalized items may incur extra fees.

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm AEST. Orders placed after hours will be handled next business day.

Christmas & Peak Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), please allow extra delivery time. Orders placed between 23 December and 9 January will be processed on the next business day.

How much does it cost for shipping?

We offer flat rate of $14.95 delivery Monday to Friday Australia wide.

What time will my gift arrive?

Business addresses by 5 pm, residential by 7 pm. Exact times cannot be guaranteed.

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

You’re responsible for correct details. Redirect fees apply, and delivery may be delayed.

What is the cut off time for Next Day Delivery?

Order by 4 pm AET (Mon–Fri) for dispatch same day; rural areas may experience delays.

Do you offer discount rates for bulk orders?

Weekend deliveries?

Available in Metro Melbourne if ordered by Friday 2 pm AET. $19.95 fee applies.

Recipient not home?

Couriers will leave your basket if safe; otherwise taken to depot. Re‑delivery fees may apply.
