Gift Basket Australia may run promotions or special offers from time to time. If a promotion cannot run as intended for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend it, invalidate affected entries, or alter any prize in accordance with State or Territory regulations.

Prizes, Gifts & Giveaways

Unless otherwise stated at the time of offer, all prizes, gifts and giveaways are subject to availability and applicable laws. Gift Basket Australia may withdraw a prize offer before winners are determined if we are unable to supply the stated items. If an advertised item becomes unavailable, we may provide a similar item of equal value in full satisfaction of our obligations.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Bulk orders must be confirmed in writing, including agreement to payment terms.

Orders are accepted on the understanding they will be produced and invoiced at the price applicable at dispatch. Payment must be made by the date specified on the invoice. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation and legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

Credit card payments may incur up to a 2% processing fee. Direct deposit payments incur no fees; however, orders will not be processed until payment is received. Payments may not be withheld due to counterclaims.

Bulk orders will not proceed to production until full payment is received.

Where a delivery date is requested, Gift Basket Australia will make all reasonable efforts to meet that date, but accepts no liability for delays.

Orders cannot be cancelled without written approval. If cancellation is accepted, fees may apply for work completed, including processing and restocking.
